If you suffer from anxiety starting therapy can feel overwhelming. My goal as a therapist is to make you feel at ease while encouraging you to explore the reasons for which you are seeking assistance. Together we can create goals, a plan of action, and work to incorporate these new skills into your everyday life.

I specialize in anxiety treatment with young adults who are having difficulty successfully navigating major life-stage transitions. Most commonly these transitions are preparing for and applying to college, adjusting to college or graduate school, and entering the workforce. I also have extensive experience with anxiety disorders such as Panic Disorder, Obsessional Compulsive Disorder, and Generalized Anxiety Disorder.

Please note that I am only providing services via telehealth at the moment.
