Hi, I’m a Licensed Clinical Mental Health Counselor based in North Carolina, and I’ve been doing this work for 20 years. I help people navigate all kinds of challenges—like anxiety, depression, relationship struggles, and issues with food and body image (including binge eating and bulimia). I welcome students from all backgrounds and identities.
My style is down-to-earth, warm, and collaborative. I see therapy as a conversation—not a judgment zone. You won’t get slapped with a label or told who you are. Instead, we’ll work together to figure out what’s going on beneath the surface and how to start making things feel more manageable.
I believe therapy is about more than just “fixing” symptoms—it’s a chance to really understand yourself and grow. Sometimes that means exploring past experiences, but a lot of our work will focus on what’s happening in your life right now.
If you’re feeling stuck, overwhelmed, or just not like yourself, I’m here to help you sort through it. We’ll talk about what’s getting in the way and use practical tools to help you feel more in control, more confident, and more connected to who you are and what matters to you.
