It is both normal for us humans to get stuck, scared, or in our own way and also to need space and support to understand the cause of our struggles, face our fears, make changes, and grow. My goal as a therapist is to use our combined wisdom (your knowledge of yourself and your life, my experience and expertise), and sometimes that of my therapy dog Bella, to explore your concerns, increase awareness, insight, and self-compassion, identify options for change, and understand and respect what you choose to do as a result of this process. I have over 20 years experience as a psychotherapist and specifically working with university students (and staff), international persons, and musicians/performers.
