Nicole utilizes her clinical knowledge and professional expertise to aid clients in their journey. She honors the right of a client to take an active role in therapy. In her work with youth, this philosophy translates to creating individualized goals that emphasize the young person's unique strengths. No one lives a perfect life, but creating a more balanced life is possible. Nicole graduated from the University of Alabama with a Master of Social Work degree. She utilizes cognitive behavioral therapy in her practice.

Nicole's passion for helping is partly inspired by Mister Rogers, who she honors through her extensive collection of cardigans.
