Hello and welcome! I'm Cindy, and I'm so glad you're here, taking the first step toward your therapeutic journey. My path to becoming a clinically-licensed social worker began in my earlier career as a social worker, where I discovered the profound impact of truly listening to others. It was then that I realized how powerful validation can be for someone's well-being.

In my clinical practice, I embrace a holistic approach, addressing the needs of the mind, body, and spirit. My goal is to help you develop a stronger, more compassionate relationship with yourself. When we work together, I'll ask questions to understand the big picture of your life—what you've been through and what might still be influencing your thoughts and reactions. Together, we'll uncover your inner strengths and let go of any thinking patterns that no longer serve you positively.

I tailor my approach to fit your unique needs, drawing from a variety of therapeutic methods including Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Acceptance and Commitment Therapy (ACT), Mindfulness, trauma-informed care, and solution-focused therapy. I'm also continually expanding my knowledge to better serve my clients.

My areas of specialization include anger management, ADHD, depression, family relationships, grief and bereavement, life transitions, military and veteran support, OCD, PTSD, anxiety, stress, and trauma. Whether you're dealing with a specific issue or just feeling overwhelmed, I'm here to help you navigate through it.

I look forward to the possibility of working with you and supporting you on your journey to healing and growth. Let's find the right path together.
