I’m a licensed clinical social worker (LCSW) who cares deeply about helping college students feel supported during a time that can be both exciting and overwhelming. Many students come to me with anxiety, depression, stress, grief, past trauma, or the challenges of adjusting to new environments and expectations.
I offer a comfortable, understanding space where you can talk openly about what you’re going through. My focus is on helping you feel heard, build healthy coping skills, and gain confidence as you navigate college life.
My goal is to support you so you can feel more grounded, understood, and ready to grow during this important time in your life.
