I am trained in Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT) to address thought patterns, Brainspotting to process deep emotional wounds, and facilitating RPG-based mental health groups to foster connection and growth through collaborative storytelling.
In our first sessions, I'll focus on understanding your background, current concerns, and goals. Together, we'll build a foundation of trust at your pace, exploring what you hope to achieve and outlining a plan to get there. Therapy can sometimes feel like a rollercoaster, but you won't face it alone. I adapt my approach to meet your individual needs, ensuring therapy works for you.
