Many students I work with are high achievers who feel like they're falling apart behind the scenes. Others are navigating identity, cultural expectations, or past experiences that still weigh heavily on them. I strive to create a safe, judgment-free space where you can talk about what’s really going on—and feel heard.

My approach is caring, culturally sensitive, and centered around what works for you. I believe that mental health care should be approachable and personalized, and I work closely with you to find the right tools and strategies—whether that’s talk therapy, medication, or both.
