CVT Psychologial Services
I am a licensed psychologist specializing in the treatment of depression, anxiety disorders (including generalized anxiety and specific phobias), grief and loss, chronic stress, PTSD, complex trauma, and race-based traumatic stress. I support clients through a wide range of life transitions and challenges, including relationship concerns, parenting stressors, and identity development issues. My clinical experience includes working with individuals affected by interpersonal violence, displacement, and profound loss. I practice from a trauma-informed, integrative framework and have extensive experience providing care within multidisciplinary and cross-cultural settings.
I draw from a range of evidence-based interventions, including Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Prolonged Exposure (PE), Cognitive Processing Therapy (CPT), Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT), and Eye Movement Desensitization and Reprocessing (EMDR). I strive to integrate mindfulness-based practices, spirituality, and emotion-focused techniques within a culturally responsive and trauma-informed framework. My therapeutic style is collaborative and flexible, with interventions thoughtfully tailored to each client’s cultural context, safety needs, and readiness for deeper processing.
I am based out of Georgia and licensed to practice telepsychology in the following states: AL, AZ, AR, CO, CT, DE, DC, FL, ID, IL, IN, KS, KY, ME, MD, MI, MN, MS, MO, NE, NV, NH, NJ, NC, ND, OH, OK, PA, RI, SC, SD, TN, TX, UT, VT, VA, WA, WV, WI, and WY.
