We specialize in nutrition counseling for eating disorders, disordered eating, and chronic conditions through a compassionate, client-centered lens. Whether you’re working to heal your relationship with food, navigating a new diagnosis, or seeking support that honors your lived experience, we’re here to help you reconnect with your body, build trust in your needs, and nourish yourself without shame. We serve clients across Maine, Massachusetts, New Hampshire, and Vermont.
