I am excited to work with you

Hi! I’m Dr. J’haria Dallas. I earned my Ph.D. in Counselor Education and Supervision from the University of Georgia. Before that, I worked as a school counselor and in community mental health programs across Georgia.

In my counseling work, I use CBT (Cognitive Behavioral Therapy) to help people recognize and change negative thought patterns and habits. I also use SFBT (Solution-Focused Brief Therapy), which focuses on your strengths and helps you set goals and make progress quickly.

I enjoy working with adults and creating a supportive space where we can work together toward your goals.

I’m really passionate about helping people grow and thrive and I’m glad you’re here. Just reading this is a great first step toward getting the support you deserve.
