We understand that choosing a therapist is difficult, and we're grateful to be considered as you begin your journey towards change. We are a telehealth practice focused on providing quality mental health services to individuals, couples, young adults, and families throughout Connecticut. Our Master's level clinicians have experience with depression, anxiety, grief/loss, trauma, ADHD, relationship difficulties, and issues pertaining to gender and sexuality.

Our team is committed to creating warm, positive, and non-judgmental spaces for our clients to explore the changes they wish to see in themselves and their relationships. All of our therapists use a collaborative and strength-based approach, utilizing our client's existing abilities to help them work toward personal goals of therapy. Research has shown that the number one indicator of therapeutic outcomes is the relationship formed between therapist and client; therefore, our practice manager can collaborate with you in choosing the right clinician for your specific needs.

We offer flexible scheduling including daytime, evening, and weekend availability. Please see our provider page to learn more about our clinicians and contact us with any questions or if you are ready to begin.
