I support students experiencing anxiety, depression, bipolar disorder, PTSD/C-PTSD, and life transitions using CBT, ACT, DBT, and trauma-focused therapy. My approach is collaborative and reflective, creating a safe space to explore emotions and build coping skills. I also draw on holistic wellness practices so you feel seen as a whole person. My goal is to help young adults and emerging students move through challenges and grow with strength.
