As a previous counseling intern at the university counseling center as well as a previous graduate intern, I fully understand the challenges of college life including relationships, academics, and living away from home. If you hold a faculty or staff position at the university, I have an in-depth understanding of the university culture and experience. I believe it is never too late to be who you want to be. I welcome the opportunity to be a part of your journey and offer support and care for whatever life challenge you may be facing.

Change isn't always easy, but it can be necessary if we feel as though we aren't living fully; as life was intended. I strive to build an authentic, trusting, and connected therapeutic relationship as we work toward your goals. I encourage clients to adopt an attitude of openness and curiosity toward their experience with the aim of helping to develop greater self-compassion and self-acceptance. Both of which are important for emotional health and life satisfaction.

Let's work together to help you identify and change problematic life patterns or emotions to place you on healthier paths of enhanced well-being and improved relationships so college life is a great experience for you!
