If you're a woman feeling stuck while navigating transitions like finishing higher education, stepping into a new career, or adjusting to your role as a mother, you're in the right place. As an art therapist and professional counselor, I use a creative and eclectic approach to help you heal and grow into your best self.

I understand the unique challenges faced by highly sensitive and neurodivergent women in a world (even a family) that often feels unsupportive. I know what it's like to be a mother, struggling to juggle so many roles at once.

I specialize in using techniques like Brainspotting and EMDR to help you work through past traumas—whether major events or smaller issues—as well as moving through current struggles. These guided methods will resolve these experiences, enabling you to move forward with increased understanding, strength, and resilience.

As you start to feel better and make progress, you'll also be exploring your true self, using healthier ways of coping, and starting to thrive rather than just getting by.

Our work together will help you use your strengths and give you the support needed to create a more fulfilling and balanced life.
