will be strengths-based, helping you to recognize and build on your inherent resilience. I am dedicated to providing an LGBTQ+ affirming and anti-oppressive
space, where all aspects of your identity are welcomed and celebrated.

Supporting individuals with their relationships, body image, and queer identities is at the core of my work. This includes working with folks with eating disorders or disordered eating, body image challenges, chronic pain, anxiety, depression, and navigating gender identity and sexual orientation.
