College can feel like you’re supposed to “have it all figured out,” while internally you’re overwhelmed, second-guessing yourself, and trying to figure out who you are and where you’re going.

I work with college students who are navigating ADHD, anxiety, social stress, burnout, relationship challenges, and the pressure of making big life decisions all at once. Many people come into therapy feeling stuck between independence and uncertainty while trying to manage school, friendships, family expectations, and their own mental health.
