Last Updated 30+ days ago

I enjoy working with a variety of ages and challenges and am most passionate about working with young women who have experienced sexual assault, domestic violence, or other trauma. I also have experience and expertise with mental health concerns (like PTSD, anxiety, depression) and with family/relationship conflict, stress, and grief/loss.

Are you a survivor of trauma and looking to heal? Experiencing issues with your mental health or stress? Wanting to work through some family or other relationship issues? No matter what kind of hard times or challenges you might be facing, I'm here to provide empathy, connection, and help. There is hope to heal, become the best version of yourself, or reach your goals- you already have the strength to do this and I would love to guide you along that path! Please reach out if you'd like to know more.
