I’m passionate about helping people work through anxiety, depression, cope with loss, and embrace their authentic selves. My approach integrates Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT) and strength-based therapy, helping you recognize patterns that may be keeping you stuck while drawing on your natural resilience and inner strengths. I’m especially passionate about supporting members of the LGBTQIA+ community, offering an inclusive environment where all identities are welcomed and respected.

I’m a Certified Advanced Grief Counseling Specialist (CAGCS) dedicated to helping individuals navigate grief, loss, and major life transitions with compassion and care. Using the TEAR Model—which focuses on Telling your story, Experiencing the pain, Adjusting to life without your loved one, and Reinvesting in new relationships and goals.

Whether you’re coping with the death of a loved one, exploring your identity, or adjusting to a new stage of life, I offer a safe and affirming space where your story is honored and your healing can unfold. Together, we’ll work toward healing, balance, and renewed meaning—at your pace and in your own way.
