Courtney Morgan
Are you consumed by your thoughts? Do you experience self-criticism, guilt, or shame? Do you feel as though you’re never doing “enough”? You don’t want to live like this anymore, but feel as though you have tried everything... Welcome to my page - I am here to support you along your journey of remembering your purpose, letting go of the unhelpful narratives you hold, and reminding you along the way that you are enough. I encourage curiosity, self-compassion, and courage to explore feelings and emotions, resulting in a fulfilling sense of identity and belonging.
I implement a variety of strength-based interventions, all of which are rooted in authenticity. I empower individuals to grow into their true selves by establishing a healing therapeutic relationship, gently challenging unhelpful thoughts, processing trauma or previous challenges, and providing insight on themes, patterns, or connections.
It can be exhausting trying to navigate self-defeating thoughts, and you do not have to do it alone. I am here to join you through your journey of reclaiming your thoughts and living a well-balanced, meaningful life. If you feel that we may be a good fit, please contact me directly to schedule an intake appointment. Take good care.
