Clinical Social Work/Therapist, LMSW

Whether it's short term therapy to help trauma processing or something more long-term, my priority is to create a welcoming, non-judgmental space to help you overcome challenges.
It is possible to transform hurts, traumas, and negative conditioning into healthy new patterns. Becoming aware of and accepting your thoughts and feelings can empower you to live fully in the present moment and create new, healthier ways of coping.

My experience includes working with adults experiencing: depression, anxiety, trauma, bipolar disorder, obsessive compulsive disorder, personality disorders, relationship/family concerns, grief and loss, addiction issues, and many other life transitions. I am trained in and use evidence-based practices such as cognitive behavioral therapy (CBT), internal family systems (IFS), and solution-focused therapy
