Courtney Gazda
Hi, I’m Courtney! I provide talk therapy for individuals, families, and couples experiencing difficulties in their daily life. My specialities include college adjustment, anxiety, depression, substance use disorder, trauma, and women’s issues. I utilize person-centered, trauma-informed, and mindfulness-based practices. I also have a certification in dialectical behavioral therapy (DBT).
In session, we will work together to alleviate difficult feelings. I believe that we are all the experts in our own lives, and that it’s helpful to process our experiences in order to get to know ourselves on a deeper level. My approach to counseling starts with building a safe environment to help you feel more empowered and capable of change.
I know finding the right therapist can be a difficult process, and I’d be happy to answer any questions you might have as you start this courageous journey. I look forward to hearing from you!
