I’m glad you're here! Therapy is a beautiful journey, and you’ve already taken the first step. If there are times when you feel you are riding the roller coaster of your own emotions, trying to make sense of how to manage your emotional responses on top of all your other responsibilities and stress, we should absolutely work together. I want to support you in recognizing and regulating emotions to improve your relationships with others, and more importantly, with yourself. We will break up your goals into manageable steps, always going at your pace!
I put time into building rapport with you, by developing and leaning into your strengths, and assisting in building the confidence so that one day you can identify them independently.
I believe that you are the expert on your own life, and my role is to guide and support you as you build confidence in yourself and tap into your inherent strengths. An important note: we are allowed to have fun in our sessions-serious work requires time to laugh and smile too! Let’s get started!
