Do you ever feel like you're constantly translating your neurotype, culture, trauma, or identity for a world that wasn't built for you? You don't have to do that here. I provide neurodivergent-affirming therapy in Denver for children, teens, and adults navigating ADHD, autism, trauma, emotional regulation, sensory overwhelm, LGBTQIA+ identity.

My therapy space is low-demand and unmasked. No code-switching. No educating your therapist. I work especially well with people navigating masking, people-pleasing, identity shifts, sensory overwhelm, reproductive stress, or feeling like they're "too much" or "not enough." We move at your pace, with curiosity and compassion.

My approach blends somatic, experiential, expressive arts, CBT, and strength-based therapy. We build practical tools for emotional regulation, boundaries, relationships, and self-understanding. I offer in-person therapy in Denver and telehealth throughout Colorado. Reach out for a free 15-minute consultation.
