Pre-Licensed Professional

My goal as a therapist is to provide a safe and compassionate space so that when they are ready, individuals can feel comfortable opening up about their emotions and experiences. In addition to talk therapy, I also offer art therapy as a way to engage the mind and body on a deeper level. I take a nonjudgmental stance and view therapy as a collaborative process. I believe you are the expert on your own life. Together, we will honor your differences, tap into your strengths, and work towards change that is meaningful and important to you!

I enjoy working with adolescents and adults with a variety of concerns, including trauma, anxiety, and depression. I am also passionate about supporting LGBTQ+ folks. I believe growth occurs through a trusting therapeutic relationship and often use art, authenticity, and humor to create avenues of connection.

Your story is valid and important! You are welcome to reach out if you feel like we may be a good fit. Currently I offer services both in-person and online. I look forward to talking with you!
