My style is compassionate, non-judgmental, and trauma-informed. I draw from CBT, DBT, Motivational Interviewing, and EMDR to help clients build resilience, heal from past struggles, and create lasting change. Therapy with me is a safe space to share your story, gain new skills, and move toward a life that feels more balanced, hopeful, and authentic.
