We are a group of dedicated women who are passionate about providing excellent, individualized treatment to college students and young adults in a very poignant time in their lives.

Whether you were struggling even before heading off to college, or challenges just recently emerged due to life transitions, we can support you! Our clinicians offer many different approaches. We are confidant that we can find a good match.

Maybe you like to process your thoughts first and get skills later. Maybe you don't want someone "to talk to" but rather need someone to help you learn how to manage your negative thoughts and sensations. Maybe you want to get more in touch with yourself, understand yourself better. Maybe you are dealing with a break-up, or family conflict, or you feel alone, or you've noticed that you are using too much alcohol/substances in order to deal. We can help with all of that and more.

Check out our website for more info or reach out directly. We got you!
