Life can be challenging and going to a stranger for help can be just as challenging. I provide a welcoming environment and give you the emotional support you need. My experiences includes parenting, parenting support, adolescence issues, school related issues, behavioral problems, family cohesiveness, career issues, anxiety, depression, along with the difficulties we may encounter in our daily lives.
I believe we all have the power to live a happy productive life and can learn to deal with the curve ball life sometimes throws at us. I feel we have within ourselves the capability to overcome anything and asking for help strengthens our abilities which leads us to a more productive and healthy life.
I have an ongoing meditation group to promote a calmness and mindfulness.
