Hello, and welcome! Congratulations on taking this first step in finding a therapist who will be a good fit for you. As we continue to face difficult times in our country, more people than ever are finding that working with a therapist that they can trust is essential. It is my goal to partner with you to collaboratively work through the issues that you are facing in your life. I strive to provide a comforting, safe, and non-judgmental space where you can come to have someone listen and help you to navigate through these issues.

As a former high school counselor of twenty-one years, I genuinely love to work with adolescents, college-students, school staff, and families. I am ERP trained and specialize in the treatment of individuals with OCD and related anxiety disorders including Social Anxiety, Generalized Anxiety, Specific Phobia, and Perfectionism. I also have training and experience in treating trauma, depression, adjustment and educational-related issues.
