As we know, life’s rollercoaster can be crazy, full of unexpected twists and turns. Sometimes, we get stuck on the tracks and don’t know what to do or who to call to move forward. As a clinician, my goal is to meet you where you are at, no matter where you are on your journey, and help direct you to your desired destination through the therapeutic process .I intend to create a safe space for you to feel supported and heard while sharing your thoughts, feelings, and highs/lows you may be encountering.
