Hello!
My name is Mary Beth and I am a Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist. I provide individual, couples, and family therapy. College is a unique time of personal growth and development, but can also be a period when anxiety, depression, family challenges, and other issues arise. It's normal to need support during this phase of life! I provide in person sessions at my office in Cottage Grove, OR (near Eugene) as well as via telehealth.
