Cort Heine
As a therapist, my aim is to help adolescents (17+ years old), adults, and couples who have been impacted by difficult life events. In sessions, we practice and utilize skills that help with finding comfort in the midst of life's distress.
I am a Licensed Clinical Social Worker with a wealth of experience treating clients suffering from depression, anxiety, or anger. I primarily employ a Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT) and/or Rational Emotive Behavioral Therapy (REBT) approach when working with clients.
I want to help you get back to a place where you can focus on your goals of school, work, relationship health, and a healthier mental and emotional life.
