Since 2006, I have worked as a counselor in Louisiana (LPC 3780), Kansas (LCPC 2416), Virginia (LPC 0701008990), and Texas (LPC 86508). Currently, I work with adults who feel stuck whether navigating anxiety, depression, CPTSD, trauma, family challenges, identity, or major transitions. They want relief, self-understanding, hope, and healthier ways to cope. Most of all, they want to feel heard, supported, and capable of moving forward with confidence.
I specialize in working with diverse clients, including military families, trauma survivors, those managing both mental health, and substance use. My humanistic, collaborative style helps you uncover strengths, build resilience, and develop practical tools. Together, we’ll create space for healing and real change.
