I can teach you relaxation techniques to help you manage feelings of depression and anxiety. We will develop new coping skills, cognitive thought patterns, and personal narratives. These changes will promote growth and change for you and allow you to break away from negative thought patterns, intense feelings, and troubled relationships.
I have 14 years plus experience working in the mental health field . I have a compassion personality , provide a safe space to talk , trained in tools that helps to build the best life for ourselves . Being part of my clients journey to achieve those goals for themselves keeps me hopeful about the world - we are all better because you are in it.
