We use a variety of therapeutic approaches that include, but are not limited to: Cognitive Behavioral Therapy, Psychodynamic Therapy, Existential/Humanist Therapy, Narrative Therapy, Dialectical Behavior Therapy, Attachment Theory, and mindfulness-based techniques, to address the diverse concerns students face.
