Cordelia Johnson LCSW

Clinical Social Work/Therapist, LCSW
Last Updated 30+ days ago

I believe that the catalyst for change starts with exploration and examination, and I would like to partner with you on that journey. I obtained my Master's in Clinical Social Work (MSW, New York University) and have been working as a psychotherapist and executive functioning coach for over ten years. I offer individual therapy using a strengths based, psychodynamic approach to help you identify areas for change, growth, and healing. In our work together you can expect to engage in a personally tailored mix of mindfulness, narrative therapy, arts-based interventions, CBT/DBT techniques, consideration of cultural and family systems, breath work, and meditation.

I personally identify as "neuro-spicy" (in my case, ADHD, Dyslexia and Dysgraphia) and know personally how difficult it can be to manage the expectations and responsibilities of a world built for the neurotypical. My executive functioning work will support you in utilizing specific tools, techniques, and supports to improve overall performance and reduce stress.
