Cope NYC (also known as Cope With School NYC) is a team of caring, experienced and diverse therapists. We are here to help you through whatever challenges you may be facing, to listen non-judgmentally and to provide a safe space to explore your feelings. We are committed to anti-racism and are affirming of all backgrounds and identities.
Our clinicians have vast experience helping students manage depression, anxiety, life transitions, grief, academic stress, ADHD/executive functioning difficulties, autism spectrum, gender and sexuality issues, social anxiety, family conflicts and much more.
We offer in-person (Upper West Side of Manhattan) and telehealth sessions throughout New York State.
