Provider Types

This is a clinic or agency with multiple providers, including:

  • Counselors
  • Licensed Professional Counselors

Welcome! I am glad that you are here.

I am a psychotherapist who blends strategies of CBT, DBT, mindfulness, and positive psychology. What all of that means is that I am a non-judgmental listener. I can objectively evaluate and explore your thoughts, feelings, and actions to help you gain awareness of patterns that are not working for you. While we work on decreasing the impacts these maladaptive patterns have, I will assist you in identifying and amplifying your strengths in order to create helpful patterns. I like to ensure that my clients leave sessions with tangible take aways, so that they can continue our work outside of the session.

I have experience assisting individuals struggling with anxiety, OCD, depression, ASD, PTSD, and other diagnoses. I also have supported individuals undergoing life transitions, exploring issues related to their identity, and those who struggle with low self-esteem. I aim to be an ally and an advocate, and work with many individuals of the LGBTQAI community as well as people of color.
