Continuum Recovery Services is a residential crisis and step down program for individuals struggling with mental health challenges. We're an inclusive community, dedicated to working with those searching for their path to recovery. Our levels of care provide a safe, nurturing home environment designed to assist you in regaining connections, meaning and hope.
The Continuum Team believes each path to recovery is a unique and extraordinary journey that provides an opportunity to rebuild life! We strive to recognize each individual’s own emotional, physical and spiritual needs. Our licensed clinical and recovery staff help individuals struggling with relapse from substance use and/or a mental health crisis to build a solid foundation to move forward by providing a holistic approach with intensive around-the-clock support and intervention.
Continuum’s collaborative team is committed to working with all natural supports, current providers and families in order to leverage and build a strong and comprehensive support system.
Our unique wellness centered approach is embedded in our programs to assist you in all paths to stabilization, rebuilding the mind, body and spirit.
Continuum has 25 years of providing best practices in crisis services, and over 50 years of exceptional experience helping individuals with mental health and co-occurring substance use challenges.
