Contigo Counseling Services is a safe, affirming, and inclusive practice. Whether you’re navigating your first year away from home or preparing for life after graduation, you don’t have to do it alone.

Modalities may include CBT, TF-CBT, CPT, Motivational Interviewing, strengths-based therapy, and developmentally appropriate, relational approaches.
