Taking the steps to overcome past hurt, trauma and life issues can be overwhelming, but at Constantly Evolving, we strive to help you identify your problem-areas and effective ways to address your concerns with an armor of strength, consistency and empowerment. Early therapeutic intervention is crucial in order to equip clients with the tools to overcome life's obstacles. To find a therapist can be a difficult, so we embrace every opportunity as an honor to build a therapeutic relationship to unveil total wellness.
At Constantly Evolving, we have certification in sex therapy and mindfulness-based stress reduction for teens and adults (MBSR-T) and extensive training in integrative therapy, cognitive-behavioral therapy (TF-CBT), and eye movement desensitization and reprocessing (EMDR). In addition, we also offer Clinical Supervision for individuals who holds a LMSW.
