Constance Lum is a Licensed Independent Clinical Social Worker, (LICSW). She has developed an integrative approach utilizing the Mindfulness Cognitive Behavioral Therapy framework with Somatic Focused work and Trauma Informed approach. She treats the client holistically from a client centered approach by fostering individual’s strengths and resiliency, by honoring the individual’s background and lived life experiences, and by supporting them with respect to their relationships, career, culture, spirituality, health and wellness. Her goal is to work with clients to realize their fullest autonomy and agency that creates an authentic and long-lasting change.
