Connie Ahlstrom
I have extensive experience working with young adults, college and graduate students concerning life transitions, anxiety, depression, family and relationship issues and self identity concerns. I work closely with individuals to support them in managing their personal, family and academic challenges. I use an empathic, coaching style improving mood, executive functioning, work/life balance and their interpersonal relationship skills.
At this time, all counseling is being done via teletherapy.
