At Congruency Counseling, we genuinely love working with college students and young adults. This season of life is exciting, challenging, and full of possibility—you’re emotionally aware, figuring out who you are, and still open to growth and change. There’s so much of your future ahead of you, and that can feel both hopeful and overwhelming at the same time.
Many students come to us feeling anxious about school stress, friendships, dating relationships, or the pressure of figuring out what’s next. You might notice anxiety when thinking about your future, feel stuck in self-doubt, or struggle with low mood, confidence, or feeling disconnected from yourself or others. You don’t have to go through that alone.
We work with clients of all ages, and we have special care and experience supporting people with anxiety, depression, attachment wounds, self-esteem, self-confidence, and the general desire to grow and live life more fully. Our goal is to offer a supportive, honest, and encouraging space where you can better understand yourself, build healthier patterns, and move toward the life you want.
We’d love for you to consider Congruency Counseling as a resource and a place to be supported as you work toward becoming the best version of yourself.
