Hi there! I lead with the power of feeling feelings and building a relationship with your body and mind. My approach is recognizing that you are here because you have been trying to solve something and you realize you may need help with that thing. Often times helping you understand how you talk to yourself and your values plays a huge role in shifting things. I believe through understanding your thoughts and beliefs you can choose what you want to do, and this can shift getting you where you want to go.

I believe as a man that men want to feel deeply, however through socialization can find it hard to do so. I also see many men who often have trouble with where to find value. My approach is connected to honesty and deeper understanding. I believing many men also struggle with accountability because it forces acknowledging something that may be hard to accept. There is so much to experience that many men have not given themselves permission to feel or do, and I believe in creating space for men to care for themselves and become the person they want to be.
