Hi there! My practice is guided by the power of feeling feelings, and identifying what’s unhelpful and what you’re already doing that is helpful. I believe all behavior comes from somewhere, that shame is paralyzing, and through reflection and openness it's possible to understand patterns that impact what you do. Through this you can build agency to choose how you want to move in the world. I use approaches like CBT, Mindfulness, and building awareness with your body to help you get unstuck, and move towards the life you want.

I specialize in ADHD, Depression, and Men’s Mental Health. I have worked with Trauma, Anxiety, and Grief and Loss as well. Clients I've worked with are deeply introspective, balance their logical and emotional side, and are eager to understand their patterns and behaviors. Clients generally are open to trying new things, including new ideas and new ways of thinking that may help them live and feel better
