College Transition Counseling is a service designed to provide highly individualized and flexible digital and tele teletherapy counseling services to young adults as they prepare for college, during college and as they transition from college to their career.
We specialize in helping students adjust to college living, managing their health, mental health and overall wellness. Our counselors are there every step of the way, helping students develop practical coping skills and positive lifestyle habits will positively impact their future.
