Colleen Walsh
I am a trauma-informed clinician who incorporates cognitive behavioral therapy (CBT), Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT), psychodynamic principles and person-centered therapy into my work with clients. I enjoy working with teens and adults.
While I believe technique and theory are important components in healing and growing, I think that the relationship between myself and the people I work with is the most important part of therapy.
