Mental health is vital to our overall well-being. Sometimes having someone to talk to can make all the difference in our ability to cope. It's important to find a therapist that you feel comfortable with and who will help you feel safe in a nonjudgmental environment.
Have you ever had difficulty processing a traumatic experience? Sometimes talk therapy alone is not enough, but brainspotting is an effective treatment that can help. Brainspotting uses your eyes to locate the part of your brain where a traumatic experience is stored and reprocess it. I am a Level Two Brainspotting trained therapist.
In today's world, it can be difficult to create time to stop and figure out why we are becoming stuck. I will encourage you to pause and use your own inner resources to find a path forward.
