Clinical Social Work/Therapist, LCSW
Last Updated 30+ days ago

I specialize in treating substance use, eating disorders, co-occurring disorders, and trauma. I utilize a person-centered and strengths-based approach to therapy and believe in partnering with you to identify and attain your own individual goals. You are the expert of your own life and already have within you so many of the things you need to change, grow, and heal. It’s my job to illuminate those things and partner with you on the journey towards those goals. I know that recovery is a process with ups and downs and it takes hard work and courage to keep moving forward.
I utilize several different therapeutic modalities to promote healing from past traumas and unmet needs, to shift behavior patterns, and to help you develop more adaptive coping skills. I can help you to reestablish relationships with yourself and others. I am fully EMDR trained and am a Certified Trauma Therapist.
