Let’s be so serious, college is a huge transition that can bring upon complex feelings. You finally get this independence you always wanted but something just feels off. You may be second guessing if this major is what you actually want to do. Maybe you are feeling isolated and alone but surrounded by thousands of people. You may find yourself comparing yourself to the people around you and losing self confidence. Possibly having a hard time managing all of your time between being social and homework and studying.
You can all of a sudden become a stranger to yourself, that can be scary. College can bring about so many feelings and thoughts that you do not have to navigate through alone. I enjoy working with college age young adults who are looking to make sense of this world around them.

My job as your therapist is to not tell you how to feel, it's to help you reach a functioning point in your life that makes sense to YOU. I strive to help you find balance and work through this unsure time in your life! Therapy is collaborative, I bring my expertise of counseling into session and you bring your expertise in your life into session. You also may need a place to put your thoughts and feelings somewhere.

If you are looking to book with me, reach out and we can get you scheduled for a 15 minute free consult. This will help me understand your goals for therapy as well as to feel out each other's vibe and see if we mesh!
